EOI 2024-32-EL Hosting, maintenance and support services for the ITC Benchmarking platform

The ITC is the joint agency of the United Nations and World Trade Organization, that enables micro, small and micro-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in developing and transition economies to become more competitive and connect to international markets for trade and investment, thus raising incomes and creating job opportunities, especially for women, young people, and poor communities.

In 2020, ITC started the development of an Online platform aiming at measuring the performance of Business Support Organisations (BSOs) as well as the competitiveness of SMEs:  https://www.ITCbenchmarking.org/.The 2 years of hosting and maintenance services contract coming to an end, ITC would like to contract a specialised company, for up to a maximum  additional five years, to ensure that its Benchmarking platform that is based on a new content management system, currently run on Drupal 10 continues running smoothly and that any technical issues or updates are addressed in a timely manner.

The selected supplier objectives will be to deliver reliable hosting services meeting the requirements as specified in the Terms of Reference* (TOR) and deliver efficient maintenance and support in line with technical and service requirements as specified in the TOR.

*After the closing date of this Call for EOI, ITC will publish a tender, including a TOR, providing all the necessary information for interested vendors to decide whether to submit a proposal or not.
