1. In order to provide more clarity on the RFP requirement, we would like to organize a pre-bid conference through skype on Wednesday 27 June 2018, from 2 – 4pm.

RFP-381/18 - Request for Proposal from NGO, Area Based Recovery Approach
Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites NGOs to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.
This RFP includes the following documents:
Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation
Section 2 – Instructions to Proposers (including Data Sheet)
Section 3 – Terms of Reference
Section 4 – Proposal Submission Form
Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Proposer
Section 6 – Technical Proposal Form
Section 7 – Financial Proposal Form
Section 8 – Responsible Party Agreement
Annex-A - Registration presentation for Bidders;
Annex B- UNDP eTendering: User Guide for Bidders
Annex C – Q& A for bidders;
National NGOs interested in submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare your Proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Proposals through the Atlas E-Tendering System.
No hard copy or email submissions will be accepted by UNDP or thorough personal emails.
RFP submission deadline: Please refer to E-Tendering System for time and date of CFP submission deadline.

You may acknowledge receipt of this RFP utilize the “Accept Invitation” function in e-Tendering system, where applicable. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the RFP.
Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate files, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.
You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 11 June 2018. The same letter should advise whether your Organization intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
