Request for Quotation: the Rehabilitation and waterproofing works at the roof spiral building at Roumieh Central Prison -

The Deadline for the submission of quotations has been extended until Tuesday 22 August 2017 at 3:00 pm Beirut Local Time

Dear Interested bidders please note the below information,

• Another site visit has been decided and it is mandatory for bidders to be eligible to apply to this tender (the second site visit is not mandatory for the bidders who have attended the first site visit, however the bidders who did not attend the first site visit and who are interested to submit offers must attend the second site visit or else their offers will be rejected);
• The second site visit will take place on Monday the 14th of August 2017 at 10:00 am Beirut Local Time;
• The deadline for interested bidders to express interest in attending the second site visit is Thursday the 10th of August 2017 at 4:00 pm Beirut Local Time; the below documents are required and are to be sent along with the expression of interest to the following email address (lb.bidding@undp.org and CC to Mr. Walid Chammas: wnshammas@hotmail.com)

                    -      ID of the nominated attendee to the visit (Copy)

                    -      Car registration card (Copy) showing clearly the plate number

• Meeting point for the site visit: Roumieh prison main entrance gate;

• Focal person for the site visit: Engineer Walid Chammas (Mobile: 03673347 – Email: wnshammas@hotmail.com)

Bidders not granted access prior to the visit will not be allowed to participate in the site visit.

Any offer received from a company that has not attended one of the 2 scheduled site visits will be automatically rejected.

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the Rehabilitation and waterproofing works at the roof spiral building at Roumieh Central Prison, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. 

Quotations may be submitted on or before August 22, 2017 at 3:00 pm Beirut Local Time and via ☒e-mail, ☒courier mail or ☐facsimile to the address below:
