INVITATION TO BID ITB No. UNFPA/MOZ/ITB/17/008

A new document with responses to questions for clarification has been added to this ITB, document section.

This is to amend the paragraph 7 (p.1) of the Invitation letter and paragraph 15.4 of Section I (p.9) which reads as follows: The Bidder(s) should preferably submit the samples of the requested products to UNFPA Offices in Mozambique on or before 12 April, 2017, at 13.00 Maputo time. The cost for sending the samples will be at the charge of the bidder. Address: UNFPA, Av. Julius Nyerere, nr. 1419, 1100-Maputo, Mozambique Alternatively, a pdf-file with a list of the products can be electronically sent to backhouse@unfpa.org in the same order of the list of items in Section II, 2.1 p. 15 ff, with the following requirements: for each item one DIN A 4 page including - Name of manufacturer - Name and/or Code of the product - 2 Photos of the item from 2 different perspectives. The items should be clearly visible in the photos.
