New clarification added: Question 4:Can we please request your clarifications on required shipping terms. It is Air freight mentioned, but the amount of spares will be close to 2x40’ containers so price for air delivery would be extra high. Moreover you give 6 weeks for delivery so it is more like to sea freight to Dakar and further inland to Bamako. Please advice if not only air freight will be considered.Response 4:Dear BidderThe requirement is for Air Freight as the spare parts a needed urgently in order to maintain the fleet of trucks operational.

New clarification added: Dear BidderWith regards to your questions:Question 1:1- Please confirm that you need total quantuty for identic item for both positions indicated:- p. 30 and p. 56 (10+40=50 pcs)- p. 32 and p. 57 (40+40=80 pcs)- p. 41 and p. 60 (100+100=200pcs)Answer:We hereby confirm the total quanties indicated above.Question 2:2. Previously our company has supplied the Engines in assembly with clutches and GB. The Clutches were of SACHS production. In this bid you are requesting spare parts for the clutch (4 positions) manufactured by YaMZ - Yaroslovl machinery plant. Please confirm you need the declared sapre parts in the declared quantity (pp.38, 38, 39,40 of Schedule of Requirements of ITB No. : ITB/2106/170.Answer 2:We also confirm the requested parts are from YaMZ not SACHS production and we maintain the declared quantities.
