Description
Dear Sir/Madam,

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for Webcasting services for the International Labour Conference (ILC) and as further described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) under Annex III.

In order to submit a proposal in response to this tender, Bidders must be registered on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM). To register as a new potential ILO supplier on UNGM (www.ungm.org) please follow detailed instructions in the attached document entitled “Instructions on how to access ILO tenders and submit a proposal". If your company is already registered on UNGM, kindly ensure that your contact information is up to date (i.e., email, contact name, etc.). Please also verify that ILO is part of the list of UN organizations which match your company’s profile under the “UN organizations” tab.

Your proposal must be submitted through the ILO e-tendering system (eTS) by 18 April 2016 at 4:30 PM CET using the provided forms on the platform.
We draw your attention to the fact that proposals submitted in person, by mail, facsimile (fax), electronic mail (email), or transmitted using the functionality "Correspondence" in the ILO eTS, are not acceptable. The ILO reserves the right to reject any proposal, which do not comply with the submission instructions.

However, if for whatever reason the access to ILO eTS is not possible, you should promptly contact the ILO support service at pcrt@ilo.org and request authorization to submit your proposal on paper. Any request must be duly justified. The ILO reserves the right to reject all unfounded requests. Under no circumstances, such a request will allow for a postponement of the submission deadline.

Kind regards,
ILO Procurement Bureau
