Request for Information (RFI) for identifying Software Providers for a Multi-level and Distributed Documents Authoring, Revision and Commenting Workflow Management Platform

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information on the availability of software products for replacing the current Online Commenting System (OCS), a collaborative, multi-level and distributed documents authoring, revision and commenting workflow management platform. The new Online Comment System (OCS) should be a simple, efficient, user-friendly online system to share, submit and compile comments on documents.
