New clarification added: Dears, In response to your inquiries: UNOPS dayworks sheet is added to the BoQ in the tender annexes folder, however the provision of the day works rate is optional for reference only and will not be considered in the final financial offer or in the financial proposal evaluation. Bidders are required to provide unit prices in the BoQ where UNOPS has set the quantities amount in the “Qty” column only. If the “Qty” cell is empty then the bidder is not required to provide the unit price.  It is the bidder responsibility to decide how costs are incorporated. As stated in the tender mandatory checklist, the bidder is required to submit CVs and Educational certificates for all the personnel required by UNOPS including electrical and mechanical engineers. The scope requirements are for “structural works”, thus the shared BoQs are complete without any missing components. The tender deadline will not be extended at this moment. Regards, UNOPS SOCO
