Integrated and Preventive Maintenance Service – Facility Management and Routine Maintenance for the UN Turin Campus
This Request for Expression of Interest aims to identify Italian companies interested in providing integrated and preventive maintenance services for the UN Turin Campus.
Interested companies must have a registered office in Italy and at least one local branch in the province of Turin.
The contract duration will be three years, renewable up to a maximum of five years.
The Campus is located in Turin, in a peripheral area along the banks of the Po River. It comprises 20 buildings constructed in different historical periods, resulting in a diverse range of architectural and technical solutions.
The Campus hosts training activities in the field of international cooperation, delivered by several United Nations System Organizations based on-site. These activities take place within the Campus, which includes classrooms, conference rooms, laboratories, offices, restaurants, and residential accommodations.
The service contract will be divided into two distinct lots:
a) Operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems, as detailed in the technical terms of reference.
b) Provision of in-house labor, ensuring on-site presence to carry out minor maintenance work of various types. A detailed description of the service is provided in the technical terms of reference.

Registration on UNGM (at least basic level) is required.
Company profile and main references are required in attachment.
The tender contains sustainability considerations for preventing or minimizing damage associated with climate change.
Examples:
Energy efficiency, greenhouse gas reporting and emission offsetting.
The tender contains sustainability considerations for the prevention of polluting emissions to air, solid waste to land and discharges to water.
Examples:
EMS, waste management and wastewater management.
