New amendment added #1: The PQ is amended as follows: To reflect the changes for the document titled as "PQ-2022-54600_Section_III_Returnable_Application_Schedules" is hereby replaced with the updated document titled as "PQ-2022-54600_Section_III_Returnable_Application_Schedules_REV1 14 NOV 24”; The deadline for application submission has been extended by 6 days to November 26, 2024. The Pre-Bid Clarification Meeting Minutes and presentation is uploaded in the documents section.The PQ-2024-54600_Estimated Items is uploaded.All other requirements, terms, and conditions of the PQ remain unchanged.

New clarification added: Q7: Referring to the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 3, (PART I) - CURRENT CONTRACT COMMITMENTS, current commitments on ALL contracts is not possible to be provided. We kindly ask UNOPS to reconsider this request and advise if bidders can provide just a couple of examples on his current contract commitments.A7: Bidders are requested to provide a list of all current commitments in the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 3, (PART I) - CURRENT CONTRACT COMMITMENTS. If the list is lengthy, you may submit it as a separate attachment.

New clarification added: Q 6: Please share a list of the specific medical or laboratory equipment required under this PQ. It is required so the bidders (or its local partner) are able to complete required information on the 3 contracts executed within the last 3 years, in the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 5, LOCAL PARTNERS INFORMATION FORM. UNOPS mentioned that a list of any required specific medical or laboratory equipment will be published alongside the Pre-Bid Meeting minutes.A 6: Please check the Documents section, where the Pre-bid meeting minutes and presentations have been uploaded and published.

New clarification added: Q 5: Could you kindly clarify why the table in RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 4 & 5 is currently uneditable? We would appreciate it if you could provide us with an editable version to facilitate completion.A 5: We have verified that it is the editable version; however, we have made further revisions, and the updated version will be uploaded by the end of business on 14 November 2024.

New clarification added: Q4: Reffering to the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 5, LOCAL PARTNERS INFORMATION FORM, we kindly ask UNOPS to check and reconsider requirement to submit this form in this phase. Mentioned form is not possible to be completed in this prequalification phase. Considering UNOPS has not provided yet list of the required specific medical or laboratory Equipments, bidder (or its local partner) can´t provide 3 contracts executed within last 3 years, as it is not clear what type of the equipment is UNOPS reffering to. To find suitable local service partner to fulfill UNOPS requirements, please closely specified what kind of the medical or laboratory Equipments are supposed to be procured? Only in such case, we can ask local service partner to provide relevant information for this tender.A 4: Please note that the Evaluation Criteria is "Check and Clarify." If you have already established a local partner, you may list them accordingly. New clarification added: Q3: Reffering to the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 3, (PART II) – PREVIOUS  EXPERIENCE, please advise if bidder is supposed to provide information to any relevant contracts related to any delivery of the medical or laboratory equipment for Uzbekistan only?A3: Two (2) previous contracts worth equal to or more than USD 50,000/= each in the last five (5) years. Supply and delivery of medical equipment, lab equipment considered as relevant work experiences.This refers to the worldwide not limited to Uzbekistan.

New clarification added: Q2: Reffering to the RETURNABLE APPLICATION SCHEDULE 3, (PART I) - CURRENT CONTRACT COMMITMENTS, please advise what is supposed to be considered as “CURRENT CONTRACT COMMITMENTS” Does UNOPS require bidder to submit list of any relevant contracts related to any delivery of the medical or laboratory equipment for Uzbekistan only?A2: Current commitments for all awarded contracts, including those for which a letter of intent or acceptance has been received, as well as contracts nearing completion. This refers to the overall commitments, not limited to Uzbekistan.

New clarification added: Q1: What is requested to be submitted for "Reference/Completition certificate"? Could you please share any sample/template?A1: A reference letter or  completion certificate or Receipt and Inspection Report, or handover note, attesting to the delivery of goods/services. There is no specific template, as clients may use their own letterhead or template.
