The RFP Clarification deadline has been extended to 31 January 2025, 1100 hours UTC.3. The RFP Submission deadline has been extended to 15 February 2025, 1100 hours UTC.4. The Expected contract award date has been extended to 15 March 2025.5. please take note of the following changes in the Schedule of Requirements. The document has been amended to read as below:VIII. Time frame of the serviceThe service is to commence at the beginning of 2025, with a twenty-four (24) month duration. Tentative dates are 15 March 2025 to 14 March 2027.

New clarification added: Question 1:Dear Sir/ Madam,We, the board consulting, an egyptian consulting firm are interested to submit a proposal for this call, however, we have a main clarification that we hope you can get back to us about. Which specific countries are included in this call?UNOPS Response:No specific countries are mentioned in the call. Companies/organisations from any country can apply. Also, Implementation Research (study) is expected to take place in 2-3 countries that have to be proposed by the Offerer. Relevancy of these countries for the study will be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee.
