Establishment of Long Term Arrangement (LTA) National Institutional Services for Engineering Services in Turkiye & Northwest Syria 7 (3+2+2) Years

NOTE: This solicitation process for OPS/TURA/2024-B / 2024-15 / LRFP#9194020 has been extended until 16 December 2024, Monday, at or before 18:00 (Ankara Time).

Bidders who have already submitted price proposals for the establishment of the 3+2+2 year LTA are entitled to revisit and update their proposals before the new deadline of 16 December 2024, Monday, at or before 18:00 (Ankara Time).

UNICEF Turkiye Country Office wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the Establishment of Long Term Arrangement (LTA) National Institutional Services for Engineering Services in Turkiye & Northwest Syria 7 (3+2+2) Years

Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email as PDF documents to TCO-ServContracts@unicef.org in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects:

- One Email for Financial Proposal(s)

Financial proposals shall be secured by a password and the password will only be used when an offer is evaluated technically acceptable and therefore eligible for opening of the financial proposals. All other provisions of the tender are still valid. 
The Proposals MUST be received at the above e-mail address by latest 16 December 2024 at or before 18:00hrs (Turkiye time). Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be rejected.

An online pre-bid meeting will be held via Teams Meeting for interested bidders on 15 November 2024 10:00hrs (Turkiye Time).

Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document by EMAIL to UNICEF Turkey Supply Unit at TCO-ServContracts@unicef.org
