Description
This RFP concerns the provision of functional and technical consultants for implementation of 
Oracle Taleo recruitment and on-boarding solutions on time and material basis. The consultants will 
work with and under the guidance of an IAEA project manager.

The estimated need is up to 200 days of functional consultants and up to 100 days of technical 
consultants.
