New amendment added #1: Amendment 01The following amendments are made to this RFP1.0 RFP Documents 1.1 RFP_Section_V_Requirements_Amendment 011.1.1  Section 3.1: Scope of Services - Task 3: Detailed Design The statement "Identify Access Points & Data Point Placement: Wi-Fi access points and network data points will be placed according to the network coverage needs of each hospital. Considerations for coverage density, interference, and optimal placement will be part of the design" has been changed to read as " Identify Access Points & Data Point Placement: Wi-Fi access points and network data points will be placed as per the requirement of each hospital" 1.1.2  Section 3.9 : Insurance Requirements - Public Liability InsuranceThe period for the Public Liability Insurance has been changed to read as "From the Contract Effective Date until Final Completion of the Services" and the Limit of Liability for the Public Liability Insurance has also been changed to read as " Minimum Limit of  LKR 5,000,000"The following statement also has been included under section 3.9 "The offeror shall demonstrate that the requirements for insurance will be met, either through demonstrating that the offeror’s insurances comply with the requirements of the RFP by completing Returnable Schedule Section VI: Schedule 4.8 [ Insurance Details and Insurances] and providing copies of the existing policies declared in Schedule 4.8 along with the submission, or by providing a confirmation letter (or draft policy) from an insurer stating that the required insurance policies will be provided to the offeror, if selected, as specified in the table above"1.2  RFP_Section_II_III_IV_Amendment 01The document has been amended to incorporate the request for copies of Insurance Policies declared under Section VI: Returnable Schedules - Schedule 4.8 [Insurance Details and Insurances]. New clarification added: Clarification Q1Photo Survey Documentation and Cable Path Markings.Could you please clarify the purpose of the photo survey?Response for Clarification Q1This is mainly done to clearly depict the cable path in locations that might be difficult to depict on a drawing.
