New clarification added: Clarification Q1Photo Survey Documentation and Cable Path Markings.Could you please clarify the purpose of the photo survey?Response for Clarification Q1This is mainly done to clearly depict the cable path in locations that might be difficult to depict on a drawing. However the photo survey must be done for the entire cable path and should have the access points and data points marked on the photos.Clarification Q2Measurement Practices for Backbone and Final Point Wiring. Could you confirm if, as per general practice, backbone cables and fiber cables should be measured and indicated in meters, while the final point wiring from the respective rack to DP/AP is considered as point wiring items? Please confirm if this approach aligns with your expectations and current project standards.Response for Clarification Q2The backbone cables and fiber cables should be measured and indicated in meters. The wiring from the respective rack to the DP/AP should also be measured and indicated in meters.Clarification Q3Server Scope and Specifications for HHMSIt is assumed that servers will be excluded from the project scope. Additionally, preparing specifications for HHMS servers, as referenced in the Computer Network Structural Plans, is challenging without a clear understanding of the intended software to be installed. Could you please confirm if servers are indeed excluded from the scope and provide any relevant information regarding the software to facilitate the preparation of specifications, if needed?Response for Clarification Q3The servers are excluded from scope.Clarification Q4Inclusion of Existing DP/AP Points in the New DesignIt is assumed that any existing DP/AP points will not be considered or included in the new design under this tender scope. Clarification Q5On-Site Technical Support for Initial Hospital Visits Could you please clarify if, in addition to the coordinating Medical Officer who will attend the meetings on the first visit day at each hospital, will there also be a Maintenance Engineer or Technical Officer familiar with the MEP system of the respective hospital? This individual would ideally be assigned full-time to the design team for necessary coordination and to guide them to the correct buildings as indicated in the provided. Computer Network Structural Plans. Identifying the buildings without such assistance within the given tight time schedule may be challenging.Response for Clarification Q5There will be an ICTA representative who will facilitate the coordination between the MOH representative and the design team. They will provide guidance with regards to locations, points etc.Clarification Q6Scope of Buildings in Computer Network Structural Plans It is assumed that only the buildings outlined in the provided schematic diagrams (Computer Network Structural Plans) will be included under the project scope. Could you please confirm if this assumption is correct? Additionally, if there are any variances or additions to the buildings covered, how will this be addressed in terms of time and fee adjustments?Response for Clarification Q6Only the buildings outlined in the provided schematic diagrams will be included under the project scope. However in the case of a variance, the cost breakdown provided by the offeror in the financial proposal (RFP Section VI: ReturnableSchedules - Schedule 4.1A and 4.1B for the respective lots) will be used.Clarification Q7Systems Included in Project Scope Could you please confirm if the systems to be covered under the given project scope are limited to Data Points (DP) and Access Points (AP)? We assume that CCTV points and telephone outlets are not included in this scope of work. Could you please verify if this assumption is correct?
