According to the requirements in Form F Technical Bid Form, Requirements for steel ball valves, clause 2.4.3.5: «Sealing the ball – teflon with graphite addition (PTFE+20%С), which guarantees preservation of the temperature compensation of the armature thanks to the spring-loaded pressing of the ball on both seals with the help of plate-type springs. Springs must be made of corrosion-resistant materials (corrosion-resistant steels or stainless steels) for all faucet diameters».We ask you to confirm for this requirement can be offered steel ball valves with spiral spring blocks that guarantee reliability, provide a high level of tightness in both directions, and additionally eliminate the possibility of ball jamming during operation.2.According to the requirements in Form F Technical Bid Form, Technical requirements to flanges, clause 2.6.9: «Under consideration of EN 764-5, the purchaser of the flange may require a test certificate according to EN 10204 (2.1, 3.1 or 3.2), applicable for the respective category. The rules of pressure equipment European legislation and the product specification, which includes the technical delivery conditions, shall be applied. The proposed solution can be considered if design of the spiral spring blocks meets the requirements as specified in the Section II Schedule of Requirements and complies with the European Directive PED 2014/68/EU "Equipment working under pressure", the Technical Regulation of the equipment that works under pressure and conforms to DSTU EN 12266-1 (EN 12266-1), DSTU EN1983 (EN1983), DSTU ISO 7121 (ISO 7121) standards.2. Flanges with a Certificate of Conformity in accordance with Ukrainian standards and regulations can be accepted with provision of supporting evidence (such as certificates and test results) to demonstrate compliance with the technical regulations of equipment that works under pressure (tested in accordance with EN 10204 (2.1, 3.1, or 3.2), suitable for the respective category).Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear BidderThank you for your request.Please note that according to tender requirements (RFQ Particulars) the language of the RFQ is English so please submit your requests in English. Thank you.Please find below answers to your questions:Clause 2.2.6. “The shut-off valves shall have no design elements requiring periodical maintenance (including lubrication or additional sealing), and shall be accessible after dismounting from pipelines.” This means that the valves should not have any elements that require periodical maintenance and that all elements should be accessible during the operation of the valves (no need to dismantle the valve to get access to any part of it). Clause 2.3.1. The valves with die-welding molding are acceptable as soon as they meet all the technical requirements.Thank you.
