New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Kindly find below the received clarifications and UNOPS responses:Q1: Could you please share the area of Admin Building and Service Block?UNOPS response: The built-up area for both blocks is 3500 m2 as mentioned in the TOR, spread over the two blocks. Each block marking is indicative and may change based on conceptual design.Q2: Could you please confirm if a cover letter from our bank, demonstrating our capability to secure a performance bond at the time of project execution, is required at this stage of the proposal submission?UNOPS response: It is not required at the stage of submission of the proposal, in case of awarding and prior signing the contract, the performance security should be submitted. Q3: "The Design Firm shall make available during the construction period suitably qualified technical staff to attend ad-hoc meetings when required, and to respond promptly and efficiently to technical queries relating to the design and specification of the project."This sentence is meant as a one-time inspection when necessary and not as project management of the entire project, right? UNOPS response: Its an ad-hoc (when needed) service during construction, and not a fully dedicated project team. Best regards

UNOPS response: NoQ2: Can you provide us with an email or phone number to contact when visit the site, even if it's not mandatory. UNOPS response: Location coordinates are available in the TOR, and the site is open for access with no restrictions Q3: From our previous experience we believe that the provided time for the design services is very tight, we kindly request to extend the duration for another 4 weeks. UNOPS response: The project is urgent in nature, but we will extend deliverable 2 (Final Design) for 1 more week to be in total 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks.Q4: Kindly confirm if the design of the service buildings and hangar are part of our scope for this project. UNOPS response: Confirmed as mentioned in TOR Best regards
