Emergency Procurement: Supply of Cranes manipulators with radio control to Ukraine

New clarification added: 1.      There is no mention of the body type in the RFQ documents. Is it supposed to be a flatbed with aluminum sides?2.      Section II: Schedule of requirements - B. Technical specifications for Goods – Comparative Data Tables - 2.2.1.2 - Battery capacity in AH ( 150 to 170AH) – is it OK if batteries will be more than 170 AH?3.      Section II: Schedule of requirements - C. Delivery requirements – “…not later than January 30, 2024” – perhaps January 30, 2025, is correct?4.      Section II: Schedule of requirements - C. Delivery requirements – “…one batch should contain one frequency converter according to the requirements and fully operational” – perhaps Cranes manipulators with radio control is correct?5.      Is it possible to propose 2 different versions of the trucks (difference in base chassis – 4x2 and 6x2)? Proposed solution (flatbed with aluminum sides) is acceptable.It will be acceptable if the battery capacity will be more than 170 AH as it exceeds the requirements. The battery capacity should be not less than 150 AH.Yes, the delivery requirements are “as soon as possible but not later than January 30, 2025” (this is a typo, as January 30, 2024 already passed).This is a typo. The requirement should be read as below: “Partial delivery of the goods in batches (one batch should contain one crane according to the requirements and fully operational) within this period is acceptable”. According to tender requirements alternative bids are not allowed, so please propose one option which is compliant with the requirements.Thank you. 

New clarification added: Please advise if this procurement will be VAT excluded (International technical aid or humanitarian aid) or it will be DDP supply only?Dear BidderThank you for your request. As specified in the Tender Particulars “All quotations shall be submitted incl. VAT and all applicable taxes as well as customs duties, excise duties and any other expenses needed to meet the delivery requirement DDP Ukraine Incoterms. The project within which this RfQ is conducted is not tax exempt. The bidders which are non-residents and don’t have an official presence in Ukraine  shall ensure due partnership with an entity  which has an official presence in Ukraine and can provide logistical and customs clearance services  for the delivery of the goods, customs clearance of the goods in Ukraine and payment of all required duties and taxes. The bidder will be responsible for covering the demurrage costs, if any”.Thank you.
