But it still need to be specified in the technical proposal, and the company will still need to be evaluated during the eligibility checkQuestion:Regarding events and consultations, will travel airfares, logistics, and actual expenses related to the venue, snacks, and airfare for organizers and participants be accounted for by UNOPS separately from the organization's fees to be charged?Answer:Please review again the TOR task 3. Bidder needs to submitt it along with bidder's financial proposal. We request you to consider the work of similar services in the past 5 years.Answer:UNOPS is not considering to amend the ToR and evaluation criteria.Question:What are the expected deliverables for deliverables 2, 3, 4, and 5? (e.g. an interim report on stocktaking analysis for deliverable 2, a report on task 1.3 to 1.5 for deliverable 3). We request you to kindly clarify. Answer:Details of the deliverables are provided in the Section 7 of the ToRDeliverable 2: Tasks 1.1+1.2Delicerable 3 Tasks 1.3+1.4+1.5+3.1+3.2Delicerable 4 Tasks 2.1+2.2Deliverable 5 Task 2.3Milestone deliverables need to be submitted with evidences (reports/materials).Hope this clarifies.
