The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit bid for the Supply and Delivery of Service Rigs for Ethiopian Ministry of Finanace , Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Kindly find the responses for the clarification questions raised.1.The Service rig is to be used for the water well.2.Unfortunately we don't have a picture of the entire vehicle.3.The Bid is already extended until October 07,2024 unfortunately due to tight project timeline, we cannot extend the bid submission further.Further clarification Notice to All BiddersKindly Note that Bidders are required to provide Standard Manufacturer Warranty Minimum 12 months for the truck and the entire equipment to be mounted / supplied on the Service Rig.Regards,

New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Kindly find the responses for the clarification questions raised.Yes, the specification of the three lots are the same and the only difference is the quantity in each lot.No specific brand is mentioned. Bidders can offer any suitable deck engine that fulfills the parameters specified in the technical requirements. It is a typing error (ENT X20) please disregard. The tools to be offered together with the service rigs are inline with the lots. Lot 1-Service Rigs with Accessories- 5 Units- the tools to be offered with the service rig will be for the complete 5 units.Lot 2-Service Rigs with Accessories-3 Units-the tools to be offered with the service rig will be for the complete 3 units.Lot 3-Lot 3- Service Rigs with Accessories -2 Units- the tools to be offered with the service rig will be for the complete 2 units.Due to a constraint in the Project timeline, we are unable to extend the deadline beyond one week.The Bid is extended to an additional one week. The new bid submission date is 07 October 2024 09:00 UTC.Best Regards,
