New amendment added #1: Dear BiddersPlease be advised that the below amendments are made for the RFQ requirements.The quantity of the required items for lot 1 (Cogeneration gas unit 70 - 80 kW) is increased to 4 PCS and the quantity of the required items for item 2.1 (Cogeneration gas unit 250-260 kW) of the lot 2 (Cogeneration gas units (250-350 kW) is increased to 2 PCS. Therefore the paragraph A Summary of Requirements for the supply of Gas cogeneration units and gas generators to Ukraine of the Section II Schedule of Requirements is now amended to be read as follows:“Lot 1. Cogeneration gas unit 70 - 80 kW - 4 PCS”Lot 2. Cogeneration gas units (250-350 kW), Item 2.1. “Cogeneration gas unit 250-260 kW - 2 PCS”Please check the amended document RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of requirements_Gas cogeneration units and gas generators_RFQ_2024_53574_rev_1 and RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Gas cogeneration units and gas generators_RFQ_2024_53574_rev_1 in the Documents section. Please note that no changes were made to the technical requirements - only the quantities for the above listed items are now changed.Also the deadline for submission is extended till September 25, 2024.Thank you.

New clarification added: Please consider extending the bid submission deadline until at least the end of September. We are seriously interested in submitting a bid, but the holiday season is still going on and getting information in some cases takes longer. Dear BidderThank you for your request. This is an emergency RFQ and unfortunately the deadline for submissions can not be extended.Please submit your bid before the established deadline.Thank you.

New clarification added: Can you give an indication of latest acceptable delivery time, this will enable us to determine if we can make an offer that may be considered.Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please find the answers below.Delivery requirements are reflected in the tables C: Delivery requirements for each lot.Bidders are requested to provide the realistic delivery deadline they can meet in table “C. Delivery requirements” for each lot (“DDP Incoterms: _______(please insert number of days here)________calendar days from the date of PO signature”).Thank you.

New clarification added: Please advice (1) will previoysly owned be considered and/or (2) will diesel generators be considered?Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please find the answers below.1. As stated in clause 2.1 of the Section II Schedule of Requirements “The equipment must be new, undamaged, and manufactured no earlier than 2023”. Used equipment will not be considered.2. Gas generators are required. Diesel generators will not be considered.Thank you.
