New clarification added: Requirement: The boiler house must comply with the latest EU emission standards, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Emission levels for NOx, CO, and particulate matter (PM) should be below the thresholds specified in Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions. Certificate of Compliance issued by an accredited third-party organization should be provided as evidence for EU emission standards. Please clarify the requirements regarding the emission of waste gases that the burner must meet? New clarification added: A group of water supply and make-up pumps: Do we understand correctly that the boiler room should have a group of heat network make-up pumps (1 working + 1 reserve pump), as well as pumps for increasing the pressure of cold water at the inlet to the boiler room (1 working + 1 reserve pump) ?Dear BidderThank you for your request.The boiler room must have a minimum of: 2 network pumps (1 working + 1 reserve), 1 circulation pump for each boiler, 2 heating network supply pumps (1 working + 1 reserve) and 1 pump for increasing the pressure of cold water at the entrance to the boiler room. Please refer to the Section II Schedule of Requirements (clause 2.1.8 of the requirements). Thank you.

New clarification added: Boiler room heating: Please confirm that the boiler room must be equipped with its own working heating system and a separate pumping group of two circulation pumps (with frequency converters, 1 working + 1 reserve), as well as emergency / standby heating using electric convectors.Dear BidderThank you for your request.The boiler room must be equipped with a heating system. The presence or absence of a pump of the boiler room heating system is determined by the manufacturer of the block-modular boiler room in accordance with the boiler room heating scheme. There are no special requirements for the pump. Availability of emergency/reserve heating of the boiler room is mandatory. Please refer to the Section II Schedule of Requirements (clause 2.1.8 of the requirements). Thank you.

New clarification added: Water treatment: Please confirm the need to use a two-stage softening system and that the delivery set should include at least the following technological equipment: - 1 set: first degree of softening (Na-cationization method); - 1 set: second degree of softening (Na-cationization method); - 1 dosing pump for adjusting the pH level; - 1 dosing pump for binding residual oxygen.Dear BidderThank you for your request.There is no requirement for a two stage softening system in the tender documents (please refer to the Section II Schedule of Requirements).Thank you.

New clarification added: Requirement: 2.4.2 sludge separator; Sludge remover: Taking into account the fact that we are talking about boiler rooms in a container design (with limited space), please consider the possibility of not installing oversized sludge removers inside the boiler rooms, but limit to a standard stainer filter (compact solution). If a sludge remover is still needed for the project - is it possible to take it outside the boiler room or not include it in the scope of delivery of the boiler room?Dear BidderThank you for your request.According to clause 2.4.2 sludge separator is required and should be included in the scope of delivery. New clarification added: Gas supply to the boiler room: Is it necessary to include the gas pressure reduction unit / valve at the boiler room inlet (SHRP) in the commercial offer? In most cases, the gas distribution unit with the commertial gas metering unit is installed outside the boiler room and is not part of it.Dear BidderThank you for your request.There is no requirement to include a gas pressure reduction unit in the tender requirements (please refer to the Section II Schedule of Requirements). Please note that according to tender requirements (Particulars) the language of this RFQ is English and all communication should be conducted in English. Please find the answer to your question below.The temperature schedules provided in the technical requirements are based on the technical parameters of the existing external heating networks. It is impossible to change or amend the provided requirements. Regarding the delivery period - as previously noted Bidders are requested to provide the realistic delivery delivery deadline they can meet in table “C. Delivery requirements” for each lot (“DDP Incoterms: _______(please insert number of days here)________calendar days from the date of PO signature”) Thank you.

New clarification added: Please clarify point 2.1.7 - (The set of delivery for the total quantity of mobile boiler houses shall be supplemented with software for a dispatcher which is part of the general set of delivery.) New clarification added: The tender specifications state:Bidders shall deliver and unload the goods as soon as possible but not later than December 25, 2024. Bidders must provide realistic delivery time for the proposed goods.DDP Incoterms: _______________calendar days from the date of PO signature.Considering that many components are supplied from abroad, the delivery period for the complete set may be extended to 3 months. Accordingly, the production of the finished product may be at least 4 months. Considering the delivery time of components, the time for the tender procedure, signing the contract, it is not possible to deliver the goods no later than December 25, 2024.We ask you to indicate clear, realistic delivery dates for the boiler houses.Dear BidderThank you for your request. New clarification added: The tender task specifies that the boiler house must consist of the minimum number of modules required for efficient operation, as well as taking into account the maximum limit to ensure controllability during transportation and assembly. The maximum permissible number of modules should be 2. The modules must have standard dimensions to facilitate transportation and assembly on site, ensuring compliance with logistical constraints and conditions on site. In boiler houses with a capacity of 8 MW and above, this requirement cannot be met due to the large dimensions of the boilers and boiler equipment. The minimum number of modules is 4.Please clarify this requirement.Dear BidderThank you for your request.The maximum allowed number of modules for lot 1 (Block-modular boiler house 0,6 MW) is 2 PCS.The maximum allowed number of modules for lots 2 and 3 (Block-modular boiler house 8 MW) is 5 PCS.
