New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We have received some more queries and would like to share our responses as below:Query#6: For the Illumination, it is required: 6v 30w halogen bulb, Koehler Illuminator. As the "Koehler" is a well-khown brand, please kindly clarify if the 6v 30w halogen bulb of other equivalent brand is acceptable?UNOPS Clarification: Offered product should meet the specifications required as detailed in the tender documents. Query#7: May we know the final delivery destination? or we need to deliver to CMS only? If we deliver to CMS, So the preventive maintainance will be at CMS too?UNOPS Clarification: The final delivery destination is CMS. During the warranty period, supplier is responsible for fulfilling all warranty obligations. Query#8: Can a company outside of Cambodia (with no direct local presence) participate as a bidder and have a local agent to represent them? UNOPS Clarification: The Bidder must have a representative agent/service centre in Cambodia, which have qualified service engineers having sufficient experience, equipped and able to carry out the after sales service on parts and repair during warranty periodQuery#9: As the Binocular Biological Microscope is a lab or medical device, please kindly advise if the local Registration Certificate issued by Cambodia's National Regulatory Authorities is required ?UNOPS Clarification: Bidder should consult the concern with their local represetnative agent/service in Cambodia.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We have received below queries and would like to share our clarification to you as below:Query#1: We seek clarification regarding Section II "related service"; this section refers to the "Special Condition of Contract (SCC)" and potentially, the need to carry out on-site assembly and/or start-up of the supplied Goods (part a)), however the SCC is not provided as part of the tender. Can you confirm if part a) of the List of Related Services and Completion Schedule is necesary. If it is, would the end user accept remote assistance in the setting up of the microscope?UNOPS Clarification: Part a) On-site related services and on-site assistance in setting up of the offered microscope are mandatory and the local partner of the bidder must carry out all these activities. Remote assistance in the setting up of microscope is not acceptable.Query#2: The objective lens  in the technical bid form require the achromatic objective lens, which should be matched with a limited range optical system, however the optical system in the technical bid form require the universal infinity corrected optical system, so should the objective lens be changed to the infinity objective lens?   UNOPS Clarification: Offered product should meet the specifications required as detailed in the tender documents..Query#3: The illumination in the technical bid form require 6v 30w halogen bulb, but we mainly use LED bulbs, do you accepet this tupe of bulb? is your parameter of halogen bulb mandatory？UNOPS Clarification: Offered product should meet the specifications required as detailed in the tender documents.Query#4: The interpupuillary distance in the technical bid form require 45-80mm, but our microscope'sinterpupillary distance is 48-75mm, do you accept this distance? is your parameter of 45-80mm mandatory？UNOPS Clarification: Offered product should meet the specifications required as detailed in the tender documents.Query#5: In the part of illumination,  I want to know  can we use LED lamp or must be used halogan bulb?UNOPS Clarification: Offered product should meet the specifications required as detailed in the tender documents.
