New clarification added: Esteemed Potential Bidders / Soumissionnaires potentiels estimés4. What is the required quantity of PS-08 Infant Scale with panties? In Document 9 - Grouping/Packaging/Label page 1 table 2 CSB-2 Packaging Configuration PS-08 Infant Scale with panties is NOT mentioned/included. The total quantity of each item as summarized on page 2 in the table gives the quantity as 946. Quantities of this item elsewhere eg on price list is given as 1640, hence the confusion, please clarify.- The item PS-08 Infant Scale with panties is included with quantity equal to 2 in the Packaging labelled "CSB-1 Packaging" and is not included in the Packaging labelled "CSB-2 Packaging". Therefore the total quantity requered is 2 times the number of CSB-1 Packaging. Twice 412 = 824. An amendment is being published.5. "Please send clarifications on the below:- Should bidders provide CE certificates for all items?- For all the items is required a stringent regulatory certification as follows: ""the lots offered must meet specific certification or marketing authorization requirements depending on the risk classification of the equipment. Please take into consideration these goods in the required quantities are voluminous requiring six (6) 40 feet sea containers. - As stated in Form C1, UNOPS requests the quote to be presented in three different incoterm, CIF Tamatave, CIP Ivato airport, and FCA, additionally the delivery schedule to be presented by the bidder by Form C2, contains as well the three different incoterms, UNOPS reser es the right to award any of the three.Kind regards / Cordialement
