New amendment added #1: This tender is being amended with the changes below;1. The year of the vehicles has been included under Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements and ITB_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms and named as 2b (Highlighted) under each Lot respectively.2. Item 2- model in the original document has now been numbered as 2a under both Lot 1 and Lot 2 respectively.The tender documents have therefore been amended and renamed as1. Amendment 1- ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements 2. Amendment 1-ITB_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms All other details of this tender remain unchanged except for those mentioned above.

New clarification added: QToyota Gibraltar Stockholdings Ltd is interested in participating in this bid.In order to recevie Toyota Japan's support and backing, we require clarification from you in regards the end-user.We note that the consignee is the UNDP in Abuja however, the delivery destination is a Ministry (Government) address. Please can you therefore clarify who the ultimate end-user of the vehicle will be? If the end-user is the Nigerian government, please can you share with us further details on the source of funds and any supporting documentation to back this purchase up? AnsResponse to this question has been provided in Ans 1 above.
