New clarification added: Question:In the TOR, table 1, list of deliverables, the costs for consultations, communications, and dissemination is a separate item (TBC) on non-personnel reimbursable costs:Please confirm if it corresponds to only the travel expenses and meeting costs (venue, logistics, meals, and travel sponsorships) for the 4 workshops described in the sections 24 and 25 of the TOR. This line item of the costs are excluding the personnel costs needed to prepare, coordinate, and attend these 4 workshops (1 kick-off, 1 coordination, 1 final validation, and 1 consultation workshop). Please confirm if the efforts needed for the preparation, coordination, and attendance of the 4 workshops are to be included in the personnel costs across deliverables 2, 3, and 4. Please confirm if the 4 workshops are confirmed or "if-required" as per the section 24 of the TOR. Answer:Please find our response below:Paragraph 24 indicates three workshops that the consultant will need to participate and present, hence the expected costs will be travel costs for the consultant's team to attend and present in these events. Meanwhile, Paragraph 25 indicates one workshop that the consultant will need to organize and the costs shall include logistics and travel sponsorships of some participants that have been clearly laid out in that paragraph. Please budget accordingly based on the information provided.Efforts and their associated personnel costs needed to prepare, organise, and attend the above events should be calculated across all deliverables, depending on the estimated timeline."If required" phrase is to indicate that the presentation from consultant is tentative depending on the needs and progress of the project by the time the events are organized. However, the Consultant will need to participate in the events stated in Paragraphs 24-25. The cost estimates should be based on the assumptions provided in the ToR and clarification points 1-2 above.

New clarification added: QuestionWe have a great interest in participating in a tender procedure; however, the tender has a very short and limited submission timeline. This is considering that we were waiting for clarifications on general terms and conditions and encountered issues with registration on the UNOPS platform. Considering the mentioned facts and situations and the holiday period where part of our team is allocated, we request you to kindly extend the submission deadline to 31.08.2024 so that we can submit a quality, technically compliant, and cost-competitive proposal.AnswerWe have consulted with the APG-AP partners. Unfortunately, we cannot further extend the submission deadline any longer due to the internal delivery timeline that we have committed. The proposal submission deadline is 22 July 2024, 23:59 (local Bangkok time). We thank the bidder for your interest in this RFP.
