Dear Sir or Madam, with reference to the tender “Consultancy Services for Studies on the Minimum Requirements for Multilateral Power Market and A Strategy to Establish A Multilateral Power Trade in ASEAN (Regional)” RFP/2024/52399, considering the complexity of the requests for this assignment and the coinciding period of holidays, in order to prepare our best offer we kindly ask you the possibility to extend the due date for the submission of the documents required for participation in the tender up to 5th August 2024.Without an extension of the deadline for the submission, unfortunately our company will not be able to participate this tender procedure.We thank you in advance for the attention you would give to our request.Looking forward to receiving your response, we remain.Answer 1: Unfortunately, UNOPS has no plan for extension of the deadline as we are having a stritch deadline on the ongoing initiative with APG. On the other hand, we already keep this tender open for 30 days while the standard tender period is only 21 days.Question 2: We have reviewed the RfP and express our keen interest in participating in the same. However, in order to prepare a comprehensive response, we need to align with various external partners, which require some addtional time. In view of this, we very kindly request your kind authority to extend the bid submission date by 3 weeks minimum i.e. till 12th August 2024. Answer 2: Unfortunately, UNOPS has no plan for extension of the deadline as we are having a stritch deadline on the ongoing initiative with APG.
