The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to conduct systematic reviews to inform WHO guidelines for insulin use for type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) in adults, including in emergency and humanitarian settings.
