RFP 22-2024 – Airport Based Assistance at German Airports

Herewith the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Germany calls for proposals from all interested service providers in response to RFP 22-2024 – Airport Based Assistance at German Airports at following airports throughout Germany:

- Frankfurt am Main (FRA) – (Transit, Arrival and Departure Assistance)
- Munich (MUC) – (Arrival, Departure Assistance)
- Dusseldorf (DUS) – (Arrival, Departure Assistance)
- Hamburg (HAM) – (Arrival, Departure Assistance)
- Berlin (BER) – (Arrival, Departure Assistance)

Please find attached:
1. RFP 22-2024 – contains Letter of Invitation and all related documentation including Data Sheet outlining specific requirements for submission and proposal as well as Terms of Reference (See Section 5 Pg 19)
2. Form A – Proposal Confirmation
3. Technical Proposal Forms B to I – Word template versions of forms for ease of editing and submission of Technical Proposals
4. Form D – Vendor Information Sheet – for completion and submission with other forms in Technical Proposal
5. Financial Proposal Forms J and K – Word template versions of forms for ease of editing and submission of Financial Proposal

Final Proposals should be submitted via two separate emails to IOMDEBids@iom.int (Technical Forms B - I and Financial Proposal Forms J + K) as per instructions in Request for Proposal document (See Section 3 Data Sheet Point 13).

Deadlines for Return of Form A: Proposal Confirmation – 25th June 2024 1800 CEST
Deadline for Questions/clarifications – 5th July 2024 1800 CEST
Deadline for Final Submission of Forms B - I (Technical Proposal)– 10th July 2024 1800 CEST
Deadline for Final Submission of Forms J + K (Financial Proposal) – 10th July 2024 1800 CEST
