New clarification added: Question:Thank you for confirming the ERP and custodian in scope, could you please also confirm the external managers in scopeBest,Response:At present, UNOPS has 4 External Managers and one global custodian. External managers are subject to change from time to time.

New clarification added: Question:Could you please confirm the external managers and custodian, as well as ERP that is in scope so we can check internally as to whether we have existing connections in place.Response:Response 1: Northern Trust is the sole custodian of our assets.Response 2: Our current ERP is Unit4 Business World with File MFT integration abilities. In addition to this EOI for Investment Accounting tool, we have also issued an EOI to identify a potential ERP solution. New clarification added: Question:Within the e-Sourcing portal there are 64 supplier documents that are requested- as a software company 99% of the documents requested would not be applicable.Could you please confirm that the supplier documents are not mandatory, or confirm which ones would be.Best,Response:Submitting the DRiVE questionnaire is mandatory; however, the responses you provide are not used as part of the tender evaluation unless specifically indicated in the tender criteria.
