AMENDED - Procurement of Dignity kits for women and girls affected by harsh winter disaster in Mongolia

The following changes are introduced to the bidding document. 1. One additional item (Backpack) was introduced to the RFQ as item 5. 2. As amended the RFQ document, a partial bid will be allowed. Bidders can quote for one or more items based on its availability. But sub items included in kits or sets cannot be quoted partially as these sets and kits will be considered as a single item. 3. For item 1, all items of each dignity kits should be packed in 5 layered white carton box with recommended logo and label. It means 4000 carton boxes with the required quality and label.

Due to urgency of need, the following amendments were made on 7th of May 2024: 1. The bid submission deadline was amended to be on 10th of May 2024, before 10:00am (Ulaanbaatar time). 2. The lead time requirement was amended to be 10 days maximum. 3. Due to short lead time requirement, dignity kit bag with UNFPA logo was removed from the content of the dignity kits. The bag will be provided separately by UNFPA to the selected supplier of dignity kits (item 1) for packaging. 4. The Request for quotation form was revised. 5. The number of items included in one package for item 3.2 was revised to be 10 disposable adult pants per package.
