In case a bidder is submitting a proposal as a JV with the university then the financial statement of said university should be submitted

ANSWER : The public facing documents will consist of UNOPS, ETP, beneficiary and the Offer's logos“A public-facing, catchy PowerPoint presentation highlighting key information must be submitted with each deliverable.”QUESTION : What are the intended means of sharing these documents, e.g., distributed to various stakeholders, published in a government website, etc.?ANSWER : The PPT presentation is used for presentation at events relevant to the project to summarize and to highlight the achievements of the project to public audiences.“The consultant must be available to attend 1 in-person workshop with the ETP secretariat in the region. The costs for this will be covered outside the financial scope of this proposal.”QUESTION : Is the cost for this in-person workshop with ETP chargeable as out-of-pocket expenses for the project? ANSWER : Yes, the costs for that person (logistics, perdiem, excluding consultant fee) to present in an event required by ETP will be covered by ETP separately based on UNOPS's regulations.

New clarification added: QUESTIONS1) In general, are there particular benchmarks or standards you want the analyses to adhere to?2) Regarding deliverable 5 - On which aspects do you want the impacts to be modelled and analysed?3) You mention the potential collaborations with Japan, Singapore, Korea, and other countries. Are there specific agreements or ongoing discussions we should be aware of? Do we limit the assessment of trading with these countries only, or expand to other region as well?4) Will you provide access to any specific data or databases, or should we source all necessary data independently?5) What is the estimated budget for this project?ANSWERNo specific benchmarks or standards. The Offerors should decide on the most appropriate approaches, especially the modelling and present in the Technical Proposal appropriately.The important aspects for modelling should be decided by the Offeror in line with the TOR's requests and objectives, then presented/reflected properly in the Technical Proposal.The latest development in the country and the future collaboration/potential should be taken into account and reflect into the model(s) and analysis.We expect the contracted Consultant to source necessary data and work closely with the national authorities to have/develop the good database for the modeling and analysis purposes.UNOPS is not allowed to disclose the budget for its project

New clarification added: QUESTIONBy way of introduction, my name is Thao and I am a Senior ESG Associate at PwC Vietnam. We have just learned about the "Technical Support for Development and Impacts Assessment of Carbon Credit and Allowance Governance Mechanism in Vietnam" bidding on UNOPS website.According to the documents there, the proposal deadline is May 24. Is it possible for us to request an extension for this deadline until June 7th? This would be highly appreciated since we need to go through the legal paperwork process for the entities of PwC network in different countries so that experts from these firms can participate in the joint team for this project.ANSWERWe will extend the tender until 07 June 2024 at 4:00 PM (Bangkok Time)
