4th Round Infrastructure Recovery Project Tender - Request for Quotations for the Construction of Seregna Primary School and Semret Health Post in Tigray Regional State, Ethiopia

UNOPS is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for works in accordance with the UNOPS Construction Contract for Small Works (General and Particular Conditions) and the requirements and processes as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ).

A clarification or pre-bid meeting will be held per the schedule shown below:

Location: In person at UNOPS Mekelle Office, Adihaki Sub City, Hayelom Zone

C-16, Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but strongly recommended for bidders to understand the UNOPS bidding procedure.

Vendors must respond to this invitation using the UNOPS secure email address, etoh.procurement@unops.org. In order to access the full UNOPS bid documents, request clarifications on the tender, request to attend a pre-bid meeting, and submit a vendor response to a tender clarification request using the same email address, etoh.procurement@unops.org,.

Quotations must be submitted for personal delivery. Hard copy and soft copy were uploaded to a flash drive in an envelope to the UNOPS Ethiopia office in Mekelle, Tigray Region, Ethiopia.

The interested applicant’s proposals must also be expressed in English and shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your application reaches the UNOPS Mekelle Office on or before the deadline. Applications that are received by UNOPS after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
