New clarification added: Dear Sir,Further to my previous query, Kindly provide us with the below questions.For Lot 1, Firstly, the document requests both a Digital Radiography (DR) system and a CR system. It's essential to note that a DR X-ray system typically does not necessitate a CR system, as the CR system is generally utilized for analogical X-rays. Could you kindly confirm if the inclusion of both systems is intentional, or if the requirement primarily centers around the DR system?Response:The inclusion of DR and CR is intentional. We also would like to remind you that the FDP required for the DR is wireless and movable.Please produce your offer in compliance with the requested technical requirements.Besides, the room preinstallation is not a part of Bidder’s responsibility. However, some preinstallation activities will require some recommendations (power supply for instance) from the awarded bidder according to the technical specifications of the X-ray machine model to be installed. Additionally, concerning the placement of the X-ray equipment, could you provide clarification on whether the room designated for the X-ray machine installation will necessitate Lead Lining? This information is crucial for us to properly plan the installation process, training protocols, etc.Warm regards,

New clarification added: Dear Team,Standard Organization Of Nigeria is member of ISO, so can we use ISO13485 certificate instead.Our product doent have SONCAPResponse:Provide the following:1 - ISO 17025 certificate or équivalent2 - ISO 90013 - "Undertake in writing a commitment to be able to provide all the documents and certificates necessary to obtain the SONCAP certificate and to provide the SONCAP certificate related to each item offered after being awarded and prior to goods shipping."

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS,We would like to clarify these points;For Lot 1:▪︎Item 1: Digital X-ray:For the x-ray, you asked for a set of two (02) pieces of FPD Size : 17 x 17 inches minimum this is ok and clear,But for:▪︎Item 2A: CR SYSTEM:You asked again :Delivered with 01 sets of FPD:-Size : 17 x 17 inches (×2) and-35 x 35 inches (×1)Note:There is no FPD 35 x 35 inches and CR no need FPDAnd The digital X ray need only 2 FPD , We want to confirm item 2A , why you asked again set of FPD for the CR, we think this is a mistake.We would like to also clarify on the SONCAP certificate. Do we have to provide it after an award?Response:Dear bidderIn the technical requirements for item 2A it is stated ‘’Operational requirement: able to record X-Ray images on Imaging Plates (IP)”So there is a typing error in the accessories list requested for item 2A.The CR system must beDelivered with 01 sets of IP CassetteSize: 14 x 17 inches (35x43cm) (x2) and 14x14 inches (35x35 cm) (x1)My regards,
