The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit quotations for the provision of Quality Control Testing Services of Finished Pharmaceutical Products Imported into Nigeria in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in the Section II: Schedule of Requirements

New clarification added: Q2-Bidder's QuestionThe RFQ section III - Returnable bidding Forms contains Form A to D as a single document. Are we to disaggregate the forms and submit them separately in the submission (upload of document) section? Please clarify this.A2-UNOPS ResponseIt is best to disaggregate the forms and submit them seperately under each sub-document tiltle under the submission tab.

New clarification added: Q1: Bidder's QuestionI would like to clarify the following:1. The number of batch(es) per lot.2. The location of sampling and collection of samples.3. Can one extend the time for analysis beyond the stipulated 60 days.4. Can we request for part-payment ob approval of contract and balance payment on completion?5. I will like to request for the manufacturer's method for those items manufacturer's method or monograph is indicated.A1-UNOPS Response1. Offered prices shall be made per batch only. The number of batches cannot be determined at this point as we are currently awaiting delivery of the various consignments.2. Lagos, Nigeria3. No. Results are required as soon as possible therefore time for analysis shall be made reasonably in line with the request made in the UNOPS requirements. This is because the entire consignment shall not be distributed until the QC results are obtained.4. No advanced payment shall be made. Payment shall only be done after the testing of samples and release of results.5. Where required, the manufacturer’s method shall be shared with only the successful and contracted bidder due to confidentiality requirements. Otherwise the method in the respective pharmacopeia of production shall be followed
