New amendment added #1: Just so you know, we uploaded the revised specs for this tender with some minor updates.Please take a look at the revised technical specification and accessories list. ‘’FAROS’’ and ‘’OS4’’ are typing errors.Secondly, we have also amended the consignee details.This change is also recorded in Form D - Technical Form in the returnable schedulesThanks and my regards,

New clarification added: Dear sir/madam,The manufacturer of the requested item has informed us with the below:QUOTEPlease note there is a mistake on the specifications, consumables mention tubing system for Faros and vitrectomy pack. The OS4 uses a different tubing system, please seek clarity on they, for Faros does not have touch screen, fully voiced or color screen or wireless foot pedal, the machine requirements and consumables requested do not match. On the document either the consumables or machine requirements must change.UNQUOTEPlease send clarifications on the below:Item 2 - Tubing System for Faros (2 Bxs): This must be changed to 'IA cassette OS4', otherwise it will not function with the system from item 1.Item 2 - Vitrectomy 23G pack for Faros (2 Bxs): This must be changed to 'Vitrectomy pack OS4 23G, otherwise it will not function with the system from item 1.Response:Dear Sirs,Thank you for your remarks.Kindly refer to the revised technical specification and accessories list. ‘’FAROS’’ and ‘’OS4’’ are typing errors.My regards,
