New clarification added: Dear Respective Bidders,Kindly find addtional question and clarification below for your further information: Q: We note that in the financial envelope it is assessed there is 100 days of work spread across the three positions. We would like to check whether a) the amount of days can be adjusted by position and b) whether we may propose additional support roles not shown in the table with additional days. Or, does UNOPS not permit flexibility in the number of roles and days.A: The amount of days can be adjusted by position deems neccesary during the implementation stage using the proposing fees rate by the bidder, however, we suggested to quote based on this indicative number of 100 days as per our ToR in the your bid submission. Please refer to our ToR section 3 of technical criteria for the portion of days for each positions such as 50days for Team lead and 25days for each of other two positions. With best regards,UNOPS Team

New clarification added: Dear Respective bidders, Please kindly find our response to the clarification as following: Q1: Would it generate a conflict of interest if a carbon project developer participates in this tender?A1: Please kindly refer to Section I - Instruction to Offerors, clause no.4. OFFEROR ELIGIBILITY where details conflict of interest stated. We encourage the bidder to read carefully the conditions as the bidder also need to confirm no-conflict of intest in the returnable bid submission form A. Q2: Our inquiry is in regards the task of providing a '"description of the offeror’s approach to analyze Vietnam’s readiness towards carbon trade exchange". Usually, a "carbon trade exchange" refers to a trading platform for allowances and carbon credits. We would like to clarify whether you are referring to this specific context or something broader. A2: ETP is currently conducting analysis on the Vietnam readiness to adopt an ETS/Carbon Market through the lens of current regulatory, legal and financial frameworks. This includes for trading of allowances and carbon credits but also the broader integration of an ETS into the Vietnamese context. With best regards,UNOPS Team
