New clarification added: We express our respect to you and propose to make changes to some technical parameters, which will make it possible to expand the circle of potential participants and offer ultrasound diagnostic systems of the world-class manufacturer Philips.It is important to note, that the changes we propose will in no way limit the possibility of participation of other leading global manufacturers of ultrasound diagnostic systems in this tender.Our suggestions for changes:5.7 Gel warmer: Availability – REMOVE.9.1.2 Number of elements, at least: 192 - Reduce the number to 160 (Our sensor is based on Philips' patented PureWave single-crystal technology; the number of crystals in this case is only a matter of the manufacturer's design);9.1.6 Support for strain elastography: Availability- REMOVE (The compression elastography process requires a linear transducer, the convection transducer is used for shear wave elastography);9.2 Matrix linear transducer for peripheral vessels, small parts: Availability- REMOVE “Matrix” (Our ultrasound transducer has a different architecture to perform the tasks set out in the technical description);9.2.2 Field of view, not more than: 60 mm- Reduce the number to 50 mm;9.3.1 Number of elements, at least: 96- Reduce the number to 80;9.4.3 Number of elements, at least: 150- Reduce the number to 128;9.4.5 Support for shear wave elastography: Availability - REMOVE (For Endocavity examinations, this transducer supports compression elastography);PLEASE NOTE!
