Interested service providers/suppliers are requested to complete and submit the attached EOI form.
The EOI form must be submitted to ukrtender@unicef.org on or before 18.08.2023 11:00 hrs Kyiv time, along with the following documents:
- Company Profile
- Organization establishment date, structure
- Financial Capacity, company fact sheet
- Valid Trade Registration.
- Valid Tax Registration Certificate
- UNGM Registration Number. https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration
- Bank details.
- Contracts in the same field, please provide list of clients and the specific engagements conducted for the past 3 years to support this, focusing on the last year 2022.
- Companies who have valid classification certificate from the relevant governmental entity will help qualifying then to be considered in bids for major rehabilitation and new construction.
- Any additional/supporting document you deem appropriate.
- Companies who have documented work experience with UN or other international organizations and agencies in the last 3 years please provide detailed list of clients and the specific arrangements conducted to support your profile.
- Any document that the vendor fail to provide will be counted as not existing and will affect the evaluation of the vendor.
