The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is considering the engagement a qualified consultancy firm with sound experience in project evaluation, research and reporting to evaluate the “Climate-Smart Agriculture and Market Development for Enhancing Livelihoods of Refugees and their Host Communities in Rwanda project.
