New clarification added: From Accessories roll:1. Dry Chemistry Camera of 500 DPI or more. In another line of requirement, it says 3 trays should be active which means the imager is asking for 3 trays.Question: Understand as Film imager, is it correct? Do you need 3 trays or 2 trays is enough while the tray can be adjustable into 4 different size. It can save half of the budget.2. Lead glass of size 100x150cm or more for console room.Question: Do you really need that big size just for X-ray console room? It will cost you a lot besides we normally use 35cmx35cm for the X-Ray room. Pls confirm.3. A 150 KV or better stabilizer for the DR system.Question: For X-ray DR system, normally 40 to 60 KV stabilizer is enough to stablilze the power supply where electricity is not so stable. FYI, 150KV or more is using in CT scan facility. But it is only for tube stand "Floot mount tube stand"Question 2. Even at the 1000 bedded hospitals using the tube heat capacity are 150kHU, 300kHU and  300kHU (MAX). Do really need the number 600kHU for the X Ray tube?3. In operating (acquisition) station, the requirement is "Ortho Stitching should be available in vertical stand as well as on the table." Question 3. We understand that the end user is NTP (the final delivery address); they are only for TB (mostly chest X Ray) diagnosic.So do they still need "the Ortho stitching feature"?4. In Accessories; requirement is "Dry chemistry camera" Question 4: Can we get more information for that? Is it for lab use OR "DRY Film Imager"? **********5. Can we quote what our system needs only? Where we should deliver these units in Myanmar? Where is the final destination?2. It must ship all devices by ocean to Myanmar seaport. After ship arrived to Myanmar seaport and get the notification from them,    a. If we send the documents to you, Will it be enough to send the payment by you?    b. If it should be make customs clearance in there who will make it in Myanmar seaport? Nobody knows Myanmar customs clearances procedures and it is very difficult to make it by winner.    c. After everyhing finished but if installation time take too long time what will be starting date for warranty? how we can follow warranty? Who will install these devices?3. 5 years warranty is too long because we are buying system components with 1 years warraty. New clarification added: Dear UNOPS,    50kW for 500mA X Ray is quite impossible for most vendor..Especially now that most X Ray comes with High frequency type to reduce dose, they don't need a 50kW output..I think it is fair for most vendor to ask for 600mA for 50kW or 500mA to 40kW..Please kindly advise if you want 500mA as the minimum or 50kW as minimum..Thank you!!UNOPS reply: We appreciate your interest and query. Tender will be terminated and will be re-tendered. You are encouraged to participate in next process.

Selected Bidder may be asked for Installation in a seperate process once the sites are ready. So, for this ITB, bidders are required to quote only for the product and its delivery to final destination as per ITB. 2. Under document checklist tab, the second document section need to answer and upload for DRIVE questionaries (To be answer Form Tab)We can't find the form tab although we answered all 66 questionnaire where under supplier forms tab.Question 2: Wher is the location of Form Tab?UNOPS reply: The questionaires are only under Form tabs and there are 67 questions. If you have answered all those questions, it is the same.

In X Ray Tube; the requirement is "Floor to Ceiling (Ceiling free) but asking "all the movements of the overhead tube suspension and the chest stand should be fully motorized"And "There should be auto position of the overhead tube suspension against both the vertical and the table detector. This should be possible through selected protocol from both the console and wall stand control:"It is means that the Ceiling type X Ray tube with Auto Positioning system as below example video ?https://youtu.be/5k-YeUqZWAQ(The video is only for an example and referance) As per above referance, only ceiling type X Ray tube can support auto positioning feature.Question 1. New clarification added: Question: According to evaluation criteria (PASS/FAIL): "Only the Myanmar based Authorized agent and service provider of a qualified manufacturer (having authorization for more than one year preceding the date of bidclosing) Or the manufacturers, having an authorized agent and service provider based in Myanmar, for more than one year preceding the date of bid closing, are allowedto bid in this tender. Bidder shall submit the documentary evidence for this requirement along with the experience in providing after sales service to Fixed Type Digital X-ray machines in Myanmar. A non- manufacturer-bidder has to be authorized representative of the manufacturer in Myanmar for more than one year preceding the bidclosing date".We are a general contractor and trading company with head office in Verona, Italy. We are not based in Myanmar, we are non-manufacturer and we are not authorized representative of a manufacturer in Myanmar for more than one year, but we will submit a Manufacturer's Authorization (to include the items manufactured by the suppliyer in our bid package) together with our bid - are we allowed to submit a bid or not?UNOPS reply:Please be replied that your company must  meet the eligibilty criteria.
