New clarification added: In RFP, Section II Schedule of Requirements, Sub-Section IV Project Deliverables, Paragraphs 12 and 26 mentions about minimum 40% of women participants in the workshops. Will there be any kind of penalty to the consultant in case no. of women participants could not reach the 40% threshold? Dear Valued bidder, Please see the below replies. Thank you.Paragraph 12 and 26 requires that when organizing the event, the consultant aims to have a minimum 40% female participants. In case this is not possible, it would be managed during the contract management stage.Regards,

New clarification added: In RFP, Section II Schedule of Requirements, Sub-Section VIII, Paragraph No. 36, it is stated that "The company or expert of the company should have a minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in delivering similar projects in the past with a track-record of success". One relevant experience given is "Technical/legal review of BESS equipment, production, operation and management".Are we qualified in case we have >= 5 years of experience on technical review of BESS? - but no legal aspect.Dear Valued bidder, Please see the below replies. Thank you.The items listed in Paragraph No 36 is expected to include all items which are considered as similar experience. To be considered qualified for the tender, the bidder should have at least 1 experience among the relevant experiences listed in Paragraph 36.Regards,
