New clarification added: Dear Partner,Reading your update it seems that you have mutiple sites where 9 cameras must be installed. Is this a correct interpretation of your update i.e you have multiple remote sites? If so how many sites are they and where are they based? Do these areas have 4G network ?Do these sites have internet access via 4G or LTE?Kind regardsITM Support Dear Vendor,Yes, there are nine sites and they are located in Amhara, South, Oromia and Somalia regions of the country. Based on our assessment conducted in seven of the sites its only GSM network access available. We are in contact with network service provider for VSAT network coverage.Best RegardsUNOPS

New amendment added #1: Dear Bidders, This amendment is made to include the below services required for the system as well as amend option 3's horizontal view from 360 to 180 degree in the attached amended document.With a complete remote video surveillance system with at least 9 cameras for different sites. The system shall include the following (but not limited to);1. Complete VMS with all required items2. Complete PV system for cameras and networking methods. Supporting multiple standards including VSAT, GSM, WCDMA, and 4G LTE, the camera setups connect easily and wirelessly to the internet over mobile networks for video transmission to the central monitoring point.3. Complete solution for networking between the sites and center. This includes VSAT and or any other useful method to be suggested by supplier (PV system must consider the VSAT or other remote networking items too)4. NVR with a capacity of recording five to six weeks of images.5. Operational training and after sales service.6. One year warranty period7. Installation, configuration and commissioning of cameras including integration to the control room in central monitoring point.Best RegardsUNOPS
