Establishment of Long-Term Agreement of the Third-Party Monitoring Services for IOM Ukraine

The independent TPM service provider will assist IOM in monitoring the performance/quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the programme implementation at the activity, output, and short-term outcome levels.
