New clarification added: Dear Sir / Madam,Manufacturer has ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 9001 Certifications and we will be submitting these document.My company operate majorly within the Nigeria Oil / Gas sector, I've never heard of permits to operate in Nigeria for equipment supply (medical).All imported Medical Equipment comes with SONCAP, goods are cleared via local custom and thereafter delivered to the client.Kindly clarify the requirement below:Manufacturer Valid Licenses / Permits to operate in Nigeria? Permit from which regulator in Nigeria?Response: The requirement says, Manufacturer should be ISO certisfied and as such, suppliers are require to submit all ISO certification requested for the every equipment proposed to supply. If you are acquiring your equipment from more than one manufacturer, your are require to submit these ISO certifications from each of these manufacturers.If you are a Nigerian Supplier, of course you should submit the legal documentation from the local government granting you permission to supply such equipment.My regards,

The external dimensions of the bed will be too much.2) Please confirm the dimensions of item 6 (Lot-1) Delivery bed.Response:1. Item 5 (lot-1): The dimensions provided is for the bed itself not the mattress.2. Item 6 (lot-1): Bed SIZE L 2000/1450 X W 900/660 H 620/920 mm represent the length, width, and height of the bed.– L 2000/1450 refers to the length of the bed, which can be adjusted between 2000 mm and 1450 mm. This means that the bed can be extended or contracted to accommodate different patient sizes or preferences.W 900/660 represents the width of the bed, which can be adjusted between 900 mm and 660 mm. New clarification added: Dear Sir,Upon award of the contract, can we be allowed to perform partial deliveries of products because products are of more than one country of origin so it is not possible to merge/consolidate all products in a single delivery. Kindly clarify.Partial deliveries of the equipment will be accepted but kindly note that full delivery of all equipment should be done within the specified delivery period and payment will only be effected upon full delivery of all equipment.My regards,

New clarification added: The below response you gave on 2023-07-03 is confusing, because for a local company to deliver the equipment to UNOPS directly, the quotation will include Custom duty and local transportation which has to be paid by the company.How do we indicate the duty,transportion and delivery to UNOPS in the quotation?Response:Kindly note that you are submitting your quotes free of any duties or taxes. Therefore, when shipping the equipment, you can use UNOPS as the consignee. When the equipment arrives at the port of entry, UNOPS will do the custom clearance and take delivery of the items. Kindly note that in such a situation, only the items meant for UNOPS should be included in the packing list and Bill of Lading.Thanks and my regards,

New clarification added: Dear Sir,Since some items brands have been designated, the manufacturer has also made the quotation authorized. We couldn't get a quote.May I ask if we can not quote this item?Response:Kindly note that no items are branded, therefore, you are required to quote for all items within a lot and you can use the technical specification provided for each item to submit your quotation. New clarification added: Good Morning, please i need clarity on the tender.Our Company intends to procure the medical equipments from an OEM AUTHOURISED DISTRIBUTOR in Nigeria.Can the delivery terms be different?The Distributor will bring in the equipments on our behalf along with other equipments for their other clients.Response: The Delivery Terms remain the same, if your supplier can deliver directly to UNOPS because they are in the country, it will be okay, but the delivery terms remain the same.Please Clarify.Regards

ITS NOT CLEAR.Response:The Incoterm used is CIF which means - CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) Incoterms® is an international shipping agreement, which represents the charges paid by a seller to cover the costs, insurance, and freight of a buyer's order while the cargo is in transit. For CIF, you are to embed the freight, insurance and equipment cost for each equipment.Therefore, the cost of custom clearance is on the buyer, your duty is to make sure the equipment reaches the specified port of entry. New clarification added: Dear Committee, I need clarification on the below points.1-Can we apply to the bid, especially on lot 2 with only some machines of our own production or do we have to submit a full bid including all the requested machines of lot 2? In another way, will our application be accepted with only some devices from lot 2 or it has to include all devices of the lot? Response # 1: Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. Evaluation will be done per lot. So for every lot, you are require to bid for all equipment mentioned in that lot. 2-Respecting the CIF incoterm requested, and to comply with this requirement we have to add the shipping quote to our commercial offer, is it correct? Thanks in advance!Response #2: On Form C – Price Schedule, you have two Incoterm mentioned. The First is FCA and the second is CIF.
