New clarification added: 1. Product ready date (as per ref: ITB/2023/47349) is given 3 weeks of signed PO. In view of this, we would like to know if the time given (3 weeks of signed PO) is inclusive of the design,artwork and foil confirmation and preparation?2. What is the required pallet dimension?3. What is the required quantity of product (gross) in a 20ft/40ft container? UNOPS Reply: Please see the reply in below.1. It is confirmed that the time given (3 weeks of signed PO) is inclusive of the design, artwork and foil confirmation and preparation.2. Any pallet size that can accomodate the given supplies is acceptable to UNOPS.3. You can arrange the proper container to fit with the necessary quantity in accordance with the related delivery timeline.

New amendment added #2: Following modification to the ITB Document is made through this Amendment, with reference to above ITB. "4) The final cartons should be shrink-wrapped in a clear plastic and should be palletized for shipment", this clause is added into packaging and labelling specifications. Form G - Manufacturer’s authorisation Form is also added in to the tender document. Section III - Returnable Bidding Forms - Revision I is uploaded under document section. All other terms and conditions of the bid document remain unaltered.

NAP is abbreviation of which word?2:how much volume(mg) of lubricant of each single condompackage ?3: whis is aluminum package size prefered? 68x30mm or 55x55mmUNOPS Reply: Please see below answers:1. NAP is the short abbreviation of National AIDS programme and each lot is referred to the respective programme.2. The requirement is only for condoms with related width and odour and not for lubricant. Product description and technical specification are as per WHO/UNFPA specification.3. Any size as long as the condom size is as per requirement.

New clarification added: For ITB/2023/47349, the bid form in word file is not printable hence what is the type of SIGNATURE ACCEPTED by the tender committee from the bidder?Can the Bidder and Manufacturer be different example, Bidder is the parent company in Malaysia and Manufacturer of the commodity is the Bidder's subsidiary in Thailand. Will this be acceptable?UNOPS Reply: Both a word file and a pdf version of the bid form are available and please attempt printing it. Both manual & E signatures are acceptable. As long as the offered product is as per WHO/UNFPA Pre-qualified list, a manufacturer or supplier can participate in this tender. If supplier, then it should be duly authorized by manufacturer to bid.

New clarification added: We would like to and intend to submit our bid for this tender. In order to assure full compliance and completeness of our submission, a somewhat broader time margin would be very helpful. We would like to therefore request an extensions of the deadline for submissions and hope for a positive answer.UNOPS Reply: Since the requirement is urgently needed, we will not extend the tender's deadline and please try to submit the bid on time.
