New clarification added: Q - With regards to ITB/2023/47240, we are looking to bid on this project, however, we would not be able to submit in time. Would we please be able to request a 2 week extension to the deadline.R: Due to time constraint for the implementation of the project and considering a reasonable tender period is allowed, an extension of the deadline for submission is not possible at this stage.

New clarification added: Dear bidder, Please find below the clarification to your question: It is noted that the previous tender UNOPS-BENIN-ITB2023-46346 LOT 4 is the same as the new requested tender UNOPS- ITB/2023/47240- Supply of medical equipment and devices to the Republic of Benin , LOT 1 - Haematology Laboratory equipment . Please advise the reason for only requesting the 1 lot, Were the other lots awarded. Lots 1 to 3 of ITB 46346 have been awarded. Only Batch 4 is being released due to this batch being unsuccessful. The specification has been slightly revised to boost participation and competition. Please read carefully the new technical specifications as described in section II and use the attached section III to prepare your bid.2. En examinant la Section II (Schedule of Requirements (Plug_Play) ITB_2023_47240 230602 ) et la Section III (- Returnable Bidding Forms (Plug&Play) ITB_2023_47240 230605) nous avons remarqué que les spécifications techniques des Items 3 et 4 de la section II ne sont pas les mêmes que celles figurant dans la section III.Please note that section III has now been reviewed to align with the specifications in section II.
