Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide UNAIDS with access to a qualified pool of facilitators for meetings, events, trainings and other related processes. UNAIDS will enter into a long-term contractual agreement with a successful bidders, individuals or companies. Bidders are invited to bid for any or all of the different facilitation services.

Key requirements
The aim of the RFP is to provide UNAIDS with access to a qualified pool of facilitators for meetings, events, trainings and other related processes. Specific activities will be designed and delivered on a case-by-case basis according to identified needs for the meeting, event, training and/or process to be facilitated.

Facilitation services may include, but are not limited to:
• designing and delivering effective meetings and retreats including for UNAIDS Cabinet and Senior Leadership Team
• leadership, organizational or team development covering topics such as creating/aligning team vision, creating an inclusive culture, building trust, engagement and collaboration, change, innovation, conflict management, feedback, communication and capacity development
• applying change management approaches and steering processes to support UNAIDS organizational transformation.
• training on UNAIDS organizational priorities and new ways of working such as fostering an inclusive work environment addressing diversity, equity, anti-racism and inclusion, fostering a knowledge sharing culture through sustainable knowledge management approaches and stimulating co-creation, and application of feminist principles.
• capacity building through training of trainers and/or facilitation skills training

Facilitation services might be requested in-person, virtual or hybrid. Given the range of meetings, events, trainings and/or processes envisioned, UNAIDS will utilize service providers according to their areas of strength. Each service provider within the pool must be willing to work in collaboration with another provider should the need arise
