The Invitation to Bid form must be used when replying to this invitation.
Bids must be received at the above email address no later than 12:00 hrs. (Lebanon time) on Friday 21 April 2023 and will be opened at 12:30 hrs. Beirut Time on the same day. No public opening will take place due to current COVID situation.
