Description

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified offers for the supply of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and kits (including kits assembly, warehousing and distribution) for its programmes and third-party clients worldwide.

The result of the bidding will be used to establish multiple three (3) years Blanket Purchase Agreements between successful suppliers and UNFPA with the possibility of two (2) years extension subject to satisfactory performance and price competitiveness.

We recommend that potential suppliers review the documentation and pay close attention to the following revised timelines:

Requests for clarifications/questions deadline: 6 pm (18:00) CET, July 10, 2023

First pre-bid conference: 2 pm (14:00) CET, March 21, 2023

Second pre-bid Conference: 1 pm (13:00) CET, May 17, 2023

Bid submission deadline: 6 pm (18:00) CET, July 31, 2023

Public bid opening date: 2 pm (14:00) CET, August 9, 2023
