New clarification added: Question:Is it possible to obtain the Professional Indemnity insurance policy in local curreecy instead of USD.Answer:Professional Indemnity insurance policy can also be obtained in the local currency of the bidders' country of incorporation.

New clarification added: QuestionFor proposal security (equivalent to USD 1000) we must consider buying rate or selling rate?AnswerProposal Security should be submitted in the currency of United States Dollars (USD) and therefore bidders should negotate local conversation rate with the bankers. UNOPS must receive a bid security amounting to USD 1,000.

New amendment added #2: In the returnable schedules section VI, under section 0.8 Form for Proposal Security, the following changes were made. the guarantee expiration term has changed as follows. Guarantee expiration term(b) (ii) Thirty days after the expiration of the proposal from twenty-eight days. Removal of "Not applicable" wording from the heading of section 0.8

New clarification added: ClarificationProposal security is compulsory for this Request for Proposal. Proposal security equivalent to USD 1,000 should be obtained from a reputed commercial bank in the country of incorporation of the business. The template for the proposed security is available under SECTION VI SCHEDULE 0: RFP Schedules 0.8 Form for Proposal Security. The validity period of the proposal security should be 120 days from the closing date of this RFP. The original proposal security should be delivered to the following address within 10 calendar days after the RFP closing date. (Should mention the RFP reference (RFP/2023/45346 in the Top left corner of the envelope)UNOPS, No.02, Don Carolis Road, Colombo 05, Sri Lanka.
